La Sede de Las Heras fue diseñada por el ingeniero Arturo Prins (1877-1939). llegando al final de la obra, se dio cuenta de que había errores y lo más probable era que se caiga. Como nadie lo escucho y se siguió con la construcción, el tipo se suicidó por culpa. También escuche que no se le pueden poner los revoques y la pintura a la parte de afuera porque se caería.
